In a move to empower the younger generation with knowledge, confidence, and self-awareness, Distinguished Senator Neda Imasuen has unveiled My Body and Boundaries 2.0, a transformative initiative designed to educate Generation Z and Generation Alpha on understanding their bodies, setting healthy boundaries, and respecting others.

The innovative programme seeks to foster a culture of self-respect, consent, and emotional intelligence among young people, equipping them with the tools to make informed choices and protect their personal space.

According to Senator Imasuen, My Body and Boundaries 2.0 is more than just an awareness campaign, it is a movement for safer and more respectful communities.

Through a rich blend of interactive sessions, quizzes, talk shows, stage plays, spoken-word performances, music, and motivational speeches, the initiative promises to engage participants in fun yet thought-provoking ways that inspire behavioural change.

Imasuen said the ultimate goal is to create a ripple effect of education and enlightenment that will make Edo South a model of inclusivity, respect, and safety for all.

“We are raising a generation that understands self-worth, respects boundaries, and values others — that’s the foundation for a better society,” the Senator noted.

My Body and Boundaries 2.0 is expected to draw participation from students, educators, parents, and youth advocates, positioning Edo South at the forefront of progressive youth empowerment and social transformation.
