Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has reaffirmed her membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), calling on Nigerians especially young people to actively register and participate in the democratic process.
In a statement, the lawmaker urged citizens not to remain passive observers but to take advantage of their civic rights by joining political parties and contributing to nation-building.
She emphasized that youth participation is critical to shaping Nigeria’s political future, adding that increased registration would strengthen democratic institutions and ensure broader representation.
Akpoti-Uduaghan also encouraged Nigerians to remain engaged in governance, noting that meaningful change can only be achieved through active involvement in the electoral process.
