Eid-el-Fitr: Senator Imasuen Urges Unity, Compassion Among Edo South Muslims

Senator representing Edo South Senatorial District, Neda Imasuen, has extended warm Eid-el-Fitr greetings to Muslim faithful across the district, commending their devotion and sacrifice during the just-concluded Ramadan fast.

In a goodwill message to mark the Sallah celebration, the lawmaker described the commitment and steadfast faith demonstrated throughout the holy month as “truly inspiring,” noting that such virtues remain vital to building a stronger and more united society.

He prayed that the Eid season would usher in peace, renewed strength, and abundant blessings for Muslim families, expressing hope that homes would be filled with happiness and hearts with gratitude.

The senator further urged residents to sustain the values of love, tolerance, and generosity imbibed during Ramadan, stressing the need for collective efforts towards the progress and prosperity of Edo South.

“Let us continue to uphold the values of unity and compassion as we work together for a better society,” he said.

He concluded his message with a traditional greeting, “Barka da Sallah,” wishing all Muslim faithful a joyous and fulfilling celebration.
