Corps Members have been advised to be conscious of their security wherever they find themselves during and after their service year.
The Director-General, Major General SZ Kazaure gave this advise today during his visit to the 2019 Batch 'A' Corps Members currently undergoing induction course at the Black Gold Orientation Camp, Kaduna.

He said Management is working relentlessly with all security agencies in the country towards providing maximum security for all Corps Members in their place of primary assignments and their lodges.

General Kazaure also warned them to avoid lone movements but rather walk in groups and never hide their movements from their colleagues.

"Try and add value to your host communities by providing developmental projects that would alleviate the sufferings of your hosts. Be diligent and patriotic in your activities and the sky will be your limit", Kazaure said.

NYSC Kaduna State Coordinator, Hajiya Walida Siddique Isa informed the Director-General all the 2,070 Corps Members in camp had shown good conduct since the commencement of the Orientation Course,

She added that the Corps Members have been briefed about their obligations to the Scheme and what they should expect from the NYSC Scheme during and after the Orientation Course.

"The Corps Members have demonstrated high sense of maturity, discipline and patriotism. With their level of comportment and discipline, we are optimistic that the orientation course and the entire service year will be very successful", the Coordinator stated.
