Tiwa Savage in a Tweet on Friday evening said she had visited the Lagos Island General hospital, were some of the survivors of the unfortunate incident were receiving treatment.
In her tweet, she hailed the hospital staff for a job well done as she revealed the children she saw weren’t in critical conditions but they were getting better.
She wrote: “The one in Lagos island, it was heartbreaking but have to give it to the staff there. They are really working hard and the children I saw were not in critical condition. All were getting better.”
