A female student of the Imo State University, department of Computer Science identified simply as Jennifer has reportedly stabbed her boyfriend to death and later took her own life.
As the time of filing this report, the cause of the incident is yet to be ascertained as effort by this blog to get comment from the State Police authority proved abortive.
A Facebook user, Kinsley Benjamin Onwa, reported the matter thus:
"Rest in peace Jenifer, if there is a way of talking to the dead,I would have found out from you why you had to take your own life after stabbing your boyfriend, I hope he survives to tell us what truly happened. Your family was waiting to have a computer science graduate next year only to get this kind of news yesterday.
May God give them (ur family), computer science department and the entire IMO state university the fortitude to bear your demise,above all, may God show you mercy and accept your soul.. Once again rest in peace."
