The Federal Government has announced the commencement of a nationwide recruitment exercise into four major paramilitary agencies under the Ministry of Interior.

In a statement issued over the weekend, the Ministry disclosed that the recruitment process will officially open on Monday, 14 July 2025, for the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Federal Fire Service (NFS), and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS).

Prospective applicants have been directed to submit their applications exclusively via the official recruitment portal: (http://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng).

The Ministry also advised all interested and eligible Nigerians to visit its official website for full details on the application procedures, eligibility criteria, and other relevant information pertaining to the recruitment exercise.

It cautioned against falling victim to fraudsters, stressing that the process is entirely free of charge and devoid of any form of unofficial payment or influence.

This development forms part of the Federal Government’s broader efforts to strengthen internal security and enhance public safety by boosting manpower across its key interior agencies.

The Ministry of Interior encouraged qualified individuals, especially young Nigerians with a passion for service, to take advantage of the opportunity.
