The attention of Mallam Abudu Ganiyu AUDU, the deputy-governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been drawn to a court process trending on social media, challenging his eligibility to participate in the Edo state gubernatorial elections scheduled to hold on the 19th of September 2020.
Mallam Abudu Ganiyu AUDU is not distracted by this mischievous propaganda as the APC legal team has responded to the matter adequately. Consequently, we urge all our Party members and supporters to remain focused and ignore the propaganda as the court action is dead on arrival.
For the avoidance of doubt, the name of our principal is Abudu Ganiyu AUDU and this is the name on all the documents he has submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
