The Independent National Electoral Commission has said all party primaries, campaign and other electoral process in the forthcoming governorship elections in Ondo and Edo States will be done online.
While Speaking at headquarters of the Commission in Abuja Festus Okoye, Head of Information and Voters Education said the dates for the two elections cannot be changed because of the constitutional provisions. But we ensure that all the guidelines outlined by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) are followed.
