An inspector of police with the name Freeman Lucky attached to the Ughelli Divisional Police Station, Delta State have been alleged to have intercepted an innocent man and ordered him to present his mobile phone.
According to "Sapele Olofofo", the accused Sars official was said to have gone through his victim's facebook chat, sms and forced him to open his Access Bank app after he has threatened him and taken the victim to a POS operator were they withdraw the only N30,000 in the account.
