The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ibadan, Professor Idowu Olayinka received the Executive Chairman of the Oyo State Solid Minerals Development Agency, Mr. Abiodun Oni who was an alumnus of the Department of Geology about thirty years ago on a courtesy visit.
The Chairman in his address sought collaboration with the university for business development and interdisciplinary research that will meet societal needs.
