The Etsako West chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) on Wednesday, 6th November 2019, after a thorough deliberation in an Executive meeting unanimously passed a vote of no confidence on Alhaji Abubakar Akokhia and suspended him as the party LGA Chairman for Anti-Party activities, High-handedness and inability to carry party members along.
The Executive members further resolved and passed a vote of confidence on the Deputy Chairman Mrs Ezolome Rabiat to pilot the affairs of the party as the new Acting Chairman at the Local government level.
