Volunteers of the National Social Investment Programme, popularly known as NPower were on Thursday assured that the transition icon taken down by the NPower team some weeks ago will be made available as soon as the upgrading of the NPVN portal is complete. The Scheme posted this update on its verified Social Media handles this week.

The update reads: "Please be informed that the transition icon will be restored as soon as the upgrading process is complete.
"Please note that those that have previously selected will also reselect as the previous process was test run and as such, that process has been cancelled."
Batch A volunteers of the Scheme had observed a transition page on their NPVN dashboard, but not all beneficiaries could access the page to enable them make their choice before it was taken down.
This blog learnt that those who were able to access the page said that N-Power provided 6 options in the new page.
According to one of the Volunteers, Momoh Aishat: "N-Power beneficiaries are to make there choices by picking from the following listed option: Bank agent, Community Police, Class Teacher and others." She told this blog.
When pressed further, this Volunteer obliged by showing the message on her NPVN portal which reads:
"The Federal Government of Nigeria designed the N-Power Program to help young Nigerians acquire and develop life-long skills to become solution providers in their communities.
"To help improve the N-power program, We would like to know which of the following sectors you are interested in.
"Note that you can select Multiple Interest Areas.
