Democracy is the Government of everybody not certain Region, for this reason my Region South South deserves the position of Deputy Senate President by right.
According to All Progressive Congress National Working Committee that promised all the political regions we be well represent in the 9th National Assembly and Government of the Next level, I urged the party National Executive to consider the south South for the position of Deputy Senate President since the Party has zoned the Senate president to the North East and Speaker to the south west, what is our share in South South?
Party is different from Government, we understand party give birth to Government, but the Government are fully in charge to Pilot the country affairs, we the south South Should be among the people piloting the country affairs, I urged other Regions to support South South for this position of DSP.
I hereby present a man who love and care for the people, he delivered the dividend of democracy to his constituency, he makes life conducive for the people, he has the experienced as a Deputy Senate Whip of the 8th National Assembly, Nigerians we enjoy Senator Francis Asekhame Alimikhena as their next DSP in the 9th National Assembly.
