A final year Higher National Diploma Computer Science student of the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi Okoro Stanley was on Monday killed by the Student Union's vehicle.
Stanley was said to have been hit by the SUG vehicle when he fell from a motorcycle  (Okada) on his way home.

An eye witness, who craved anonymity told this blog that at about 7:49pm there was an accident involving two bikes and a vehicle at Auchi express way close to staff quarters gate.

"The accident was involving two bikes which were coming from opposite directions, one from Aviele while the other was coming from hostel gate.
"The bike from hostel gate was conveying two students with the following identity; Okoro Stanley Junior from computer science HND2 and Osas from public administration Nd2.

"Thankfully one of the student was safe with minor injuries (little scratch) but unfortunately we lost the other student.
"late Okoro Stanley Junior an HND2 COMPUTER SCIENCE student died at the spot after jumping out of his bike out of the fear during the bike clash.
"Unfortunately late Okoro Stanley jumped into an oncoming vehicle (SUG car) which was just coming out of the staff quarters gate, while the other passenger on the same bike with late Okoro Stanley who did not jump out of the bike, is okay (osas from public administration Nd2). "
