The Governor of Jigawa State Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar congratulates President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) for winning the recently concluded and announced Presidential Elections and also congratulated Nigerians for their firmness and resilience despite inducement and vote buying by the opposition parties.
Governor Badaru said the re-election of President Buhari by majority of Nigerians is the attestation that Nigerians are overwhelmingly in support of the change mantra and various transformation in all sectors of development.
Governor Badaru added the successes recorded in the Presidential and National Assembly Elections, is an indication of the trust and confidence reposed in President Muhammadu Buhari and the APC by Nigerians to move the country to the next level.
Governor Badaru therefore enjoined the good people of Jigawa State to come out en masse, come March 9th to exercise their franchise by voting all the candidates of the APC in the Gubernatorial and State Assembly Elections, so that the Jigawa State Government can consolidate on the achievements recorded in the last three and the half years.
Governor Badaru said the good people of Jigawa State will continue to support the lofty ideals for which the Buhari administration stands for.
The Governor finally wished President Muhammadu Buhari sound health, successful tenure in confronting the country's daunting socioe-conomic challenges, security and fight against corruption, and optimistically looks forward to closely working with him to ushering a new Nigeria of every Nigerian's dream.
